NO. The keywords can be in UPPER case or lower cases

Standard mobile SMS charge will be applicable to the person sending the SMS to 567672855

In how much time should the response be received back?
Depending on mobile network traffic and congestion, the response can come as fast as 10-15 seconds or upto 5 minutes as well. Response time depends on mobile traffic just like email traffic just like on festival days, new year etc.
